Identity Services (ID Services) operates out of the MSU ID Office to manage Spartan Cards (physical credential) and NetIDs (online credential) for MSU students, faculty, staff, and affiliated persons. In addition, our team troubleshoots issues with Spartan Cards and MSU NetIDs and sells student CATA bus passes, Spartan Cash, and dining plans.

ID Office Updates: 

  • Due to the home football game, the ID Office will have modified hours on Friday, August 29: open 8AM–2PM (usual closing time is 4:45PM).
  • We will reopen for regular hours on Tuesday, September 2.
  • If you are a student who has lost your ID card and you have tickets to the football game, the MSU Spartan Ticket Office has provided the following information:
    • Go to the Spartan Ticket Office located at the northwest corner of Spartan Stadium between gates G & H.

Personalized for You: The front of your Spartan Card displays your  chosen name, while the back includes your legal name for official use.
