New Summer 2024 Students Information

There are two ways to acquire your student MSU Spartan Card

1. Uploading the photo online

If you wish to submit a photo online, you should have received an email from the ID Office inviting you to send the picture for your Spartan Card (if you did not receive the email for photo submission, please reach out to us at idoffice@msu.edu). The email will come from “MSU ID Office.” You may respond to the email from your MSU email address with the photo attached. If the photo is not approved, you will receive an email stating the reason for disapproval and you may then resubmit a new photo for your Spartan Card.
